This includes commissioning / finance agreements, director, producer and writer agreements and – where necessary – other key talent agreements. The company has been involved in many co-production and pre-sale arrangements throughout the world including deals with broadcasters in the USA, Japan, France, Italy and Sweden. When negotiating deals the company will – if required – draft relevant documentation;

• Distribution

The company is well versed in distribution deals and agreements and has worked with many of the major players in the UK market as well as some overseas;

• Development

The company is active in all areas of development of television and film projects including option agreements in respect of underlying work – books and other materials. We have worked with and are familiar with many of the development agreements used by broadcasters;

• General Finance

The company has been active in many sale and leaseback transactions and continues to explore other – more unusual – sources of finance for programmes and films and maintains relations with accountancy firms as well as financiers.
